Randy’s practice focuses on litigation and transactions in the areas of estates, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships, probate administration, federal and state taxation, business law, and real estate law.
Many of Randy’s cases involve the representation of victims of elder and vulnerable person abuse or the defense of individuals accused of such abuse.
Randy’s L.L.M. in Taxation and extensive experience as a tax attorney allow him to successfully represent taxpayers in federal and state tax court litigation.
Through his practice he has also done transactional planning, commercial financings, real estate development, commercial leasing and real estate foreclosures.
In addition to having more than 40 years of experience in practicing law, Randy has successfully owned and operated two very distinct businesses and is a successful real estate investor. Randy has been an adjunct professor of law, teaching estate and gift tax, business planning, estates in land, and wills and trusts.
